Our client, a leader in high-tech manufacturing specializing in semiconductor products, is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer Semiconductor Altium to join their innovative team. Contract to direct hire (direct hire may be negotiable depending on experience level). As an Electrical Engineer Semiconductor Altium, you will be an integral part of the Engineering Department supporting the development and enhancement of advanced lithography and optical inspection systems.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to engineering challenges, which will align successfully within the organization.

- Develop new system architecture to support cutting-edge semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
- Determine design requirements and create innovative solutions for complex engineering challenges.
- Oversee industrial control panel and PCB design, layout, and bring-up, ensuring compliance with signal integrity, EMI/EMC, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve difficult control system issues.
- Design and conduct experiments to characterize, troubleshoot, and improve lithography and optical inspection/metrology systems.
- Minimum of 1+ years (internship experience is accepted for junior level candidates) of progressive engineering and product development experience in high-tech manufacturing environments. Open to junior to senior level EE's with lithography design experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proficiency with design and simulation tools such as Altium Designer, AutoCAD, Solid Works, OrCAD, SPICE, and MATLAB.
- Experience with embedded systems, PLCs, FPGAs, or microcontrollers is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail, structured approach, and experience operating within a product lifecycle process.
