Production Administrator

Overview

Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a well-known manufacturing fragrance company, is seeking a production administrator to assist the manufacturing team.

• Pay: $30
• Shifts Available: 8:30am to 5:00pm or 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Utilize SAP to execute daily functions
• Assist with the expediting and troubleshooting of outbound production and lab orders on a daily basis
• Track weekly/monthly CI & KPI data to assist manufacturing management
• Assist the production support supervisor with monthly KPI tracking and reporting
• Deliver samples to QC, box samples for delivery to customers
• Assist with process order scrubbing
• Assist in the development of ISO Manufacturing Department documentation as needed
• Provide communication to key stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma
• Relevant fragrance industry experience required
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
