Regulatory Specialist, Ingredients
Supports the Director of Regulatory Affairs to ensure that all ingredients comply with US and Global regulations in the flavor and fragrance industries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and publish Safety Data Sheets & Spec sheets
- Provide regulatory documents/info to customers.
- Request regulatory documents from suppliers
- Complete customers’ product forms/questionnaires
- Work closely with other dept (Sales, RM, QC, QA, Technical, Grasse) to provide ingredients information to our customers
- Understand and execute all necessary requirements for ISO 9001
- Remain accountable for all defined responsibilities as defined by ISO 9001 process flows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Knowledge of current US & Global regulations pertaining to flavor & fragrance industries
- Knowledge of WERCS, Oracle, PV
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and other computer applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- 5+ years regulatory experience
