The Mount Pleasant Correctional Facility, a State of Iowa facility, is seeking a Power Plant Engineer 3 (Boiler Operator) to operate and monitor the high‑pressure boiler system and electrical generation equipment that supply heat, hot water, and backup power for the institution.
This 4 day‑10 hour shift includes night and afternoon blocks, with duties spanning start‑up, control, and routine and preventive maintenance.
