We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Managers/Med Techs to join our team and provide exceptional care during the 3rd shift. This full-time role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others and who thrive in an overnight setting. No CNA certification is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Assist residents with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
• - Administer prescribed medications to residents accurately and in compliance with facility protocols.
• - Document all care provided and monitor residents’ health status, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the nurse or supervisor.
• - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for residents and staff.
• - Foster a supportive and respectful atmosphere by building positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• - Respond quickly and effectively to emergency situations, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• - Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.

Qualifications:

• - Previous experience as a caregiver, med tech, or related role is preferred but not required.
• - Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow medication administration protocols.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Capability to work independently during overnight hours.
• - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Working Conditions:

• - Work primarily on the 3rd shift, with hours typically falling between late evening and early morning.
• - Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights as needed.
