Stima Mailshop Machine Operator

Wage: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Shift: Weekend

Hours:

5:00am-5:00pm or 5:00pm-5:00am (Fri-Sun)

Position

• Perform quality inspections to ensure accurate measurements of envelope, window, and flap dimensions.
• Load raw materials and pack finished envelopes efficiently.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain adequate supply levels of glue, ink, window film, and other materials.
• Report quality issues or equipment malfunctions to the Machine Adjuster or Supervisor.
• Complete production reports accurately, including job numbers, activity codes, and shift details.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, keeping aisles and equipment areas clear of hazards.
• Follow proper lifting techniques and all safety procedures.
• Support team objectives and perform additional duties as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous machine operator experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in clear business English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to follow all safety rules and wear required PPE (earplugs, safety glasses, gloves, etc.).
• Interest in learning and advancing to a Machine Adjuster role.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a production environment.
• Regularly move materials weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Occasionally lift up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
