• OT as needed
• Full Time / Direct Hire

• Assisting in the operation of the department by serving as a backup to various production members
• Providing informal leadership to work teams regarding assignments, schedules, operating procedures, and improvement opportunities
• This role is the “go-to” member to keep daily production goals on track by being versatile enough to jump in and assist in nearly any work cell and support non-standard processes
