What You’ll DoOwn the offset press setup: mount plates, set colors, balance ink and water, and prepare for production

Operate at optimal speeds, adjusting mechanisms to maintain throughput and quality

Change plates, blankets, and cylinders; clean ink fountains and units as needed

Run frequent quality checks; detect and correct print issues immediately

Recalibrate equipment and perform routine maintenance to reduce downtime

Track counts, make readies, and waste with high accuracy

Communicate clearly at shift transitions; raise quality concerns to the Team Lead and collaborate on solutions

Work safely at all times, following lock-out/tag-out, Haz Com, and departmental SOPsWhat You’ll Bring High school diploma or GEDAt least 3 years of experience operating offset presses

Solid knowledge of lithographic printing, color management, and finishing workflows

Ability to interpret job instructions; comfortable with both computer interfaces and mechanical systems

Familiarity with predictive and productive maintenance practices

Proven ability to monitor equipment for speed and quality

Stamina to stand for long periods (including 10–12 hours on concrete), bend, perform repetitive motions, and lift 25 lbs routinely and up to 40 lbs occasionally
