Quality Assurance Engineer

Join the team of a leading manufacturing company where you’ll play a key role in driving quality, solving complex problems, and supporting continuous improvement across the plant.

• Lead structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, waste, and productivity.
• Support APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, GR&R, and other quality processes.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing processes and lead corrective actions.
• Partner with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct internal audits and support quality system compliance.
• Oversee testing and measurement equipment, including calibration and proper use.
• Monitor quality and laboratory performance through KPIs and support plant improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Chemistry.
• 2+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:
Experience with rubber or plastics manufacturing, rubber compounding, laboratory testing, or working with international manufacturing teams.
