Job Overview

Janitorial associates ensure customers have a great first and last impression of our stores. They look after the cleanliness of the store from the parking lot to restrooms to the receiving area, and they maintain a clean and safe environment.

Employment type: Full‑time.

Location: Walmart Supercenter #784, 1045 N Grand Ave, Mount Pleasant, IA 52641, US.

• Hourly wage: $19 – $32 per hour (at or above the required minimum wage for the job location).
• Additional compensation: Annual or quarterly performance incentives.
• Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed; multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
