Administrative Assistant for Central Office Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business/Office Administration (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of legal requirements for personnel and benefits records, files, forms and reports
- Budget knowledge and accounting skills
- High level of accuracy in preparing and entering detailed data
- Confidentiality, professional tact, diplomacy and presentation when interacting with administrators, staff, teachers, parents and the community
- Ability to complete tasks accurately during periods of frequent interruptions
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Five years of prior work experience in a related field
- Ability to work independently and make decisions according to established policies and regulations
- Experience with insurance and employee benefits
- Assist in preparing and processing salary statements
- Help maintain accurate records for the REP (Registry of Educational Personnel)
- Support the preparation of financial documents for payroll deductions for insurance
- Communicate with employees about insurance options and organize open enrollment
- Assist in the employee onboarding process for new hires
- Prepare and submit ACA reports to insurance
- Assist in auditing and reviewing financial documentation related to grants
- Provide general administrative support for various Central Office duties
- Coordinate with Business Office personnel in verifying all employee wages and benefits
- Support and assist with phone calls or visitor inquiries that require administrative attention
- Additional duties as assigned

This is a full‑time, year‑round position. Part‑time may be considered if requested by the candidate.
