J. Ranck Electric is a family‑owned & operated company with a 40‑year reputation for safe and quality work. In this full‑time role as an onsite safety representative you will be part of a small, close‑knit team working on various solar sites within Michigan.
The RoleAs a safety representative, you will be responsible for the safety and productivity of crews, ensuring efficient use of materials and equipment, and adhering to the contractual requirements of the project. Prior safety experience is required. You must possess good communication, organization, time‑management, computer, problem‑solving, innovative and proactive strategies, and leadership skills. You may also need to spend time on jobsites throughout the state of Michigan.
Wage is dependent upon experience with a benefit package that includes medical, paid time off, company‑match 401K, and discretionary profit sharing and year‑end bonus.
