SAFETY MANAGER | $125/DAY PER DIEM | 60 HOURS/WEEK | MT. PLEASANT, WI | START ASAP

Looking for a long-term safety opportunity with excellent earning potential and project stability? We're seeking a Safety Manager to support an electrical contractor on a Microsoft data center project where field leadership and visibility are critical to success.

If you're an experienced construction safety professional who thrives in the field, this is your chance to join a project scheduled to run for more than two years.

  Mt. Pleasant, WI
• Pay Rate: $49-$51/hr
• Per Diem: $125/day
• Duration: 2+ Years
• Schedule:
  
  60 Hours Weekly (6x10s, 1st Shift)
• Scope:
  Electrical contractor working on a Microsoft data center.

• Conduct daily jobsite safety observations
• Perform routine field inspections and audits
• Maintain a visible presence with crews and supervisors
• Identify and communicate hazards proactively
• Support compliance with project safety requirements
• Partner with site leadership to improve safe work practices
• Help drive a culture of accountability and safety excellence

• OSHA 30 (Required)
• 5+ years of construction safety experience (Required)
• Strong field engagement and communication skills
• Electrical construction experience is a plus
• Data center experience is a huge plus
