• Understanding broad direction, determining and developing resolution to problems at the wellsite of moderately complex scope where analysis of situations or data requires review of multiple factors.
• Managing a team of two or more Field Operators.
• Overseeing and assigning training, competencies, verifying and approving time sheets, expenses, DOT files, onboarding/off‑boarding, interviewing, promotions, terminations and performance reviews for direct reports.
• Working directly with Customer Representative and drill crew to coordinate operations with the rig or production facility.
• Providing record of all assemblies run to the Customer Representative at the wellsite.
• Advising Customer Representative on logging and completions operations, interpreting logging data, troubleshooting and other wellsite analysis and decision‑making processes.
• Managing crew and equipment at the wellsite and shop to provide specific logging and completions services.
• Being responsible for maintenance of equipment and facility.
• Maintaining records and communications as required by the District Service Delivery Manager/Coordinator.
• Assisting with the training of assigned personnel in completions operations and maintenance, promoting and maintaining good customer relations.
• Performing all required responsibilities safely and as described in Managing Base Operations, Managing Well Operations, and Managing Equipment and Logistics manuals.

• University degree in Engineering and at least 1 year of Wireline experience, or two‑year Technical Associates degree and 3+ years of Wireline experience, or high school diploma/GED and 7+ years of Wireline experience.
