Plasma Center Paramedic EMT-P

You will perform medical screenings, monitor donors during plasma collection, and respond to reactions using advanced EMT skills. Responsibilities

• Perform medical screenings and assessments of plasma donors, including vital signs and medical history reviews
• Administer emergency care and respond to donor reactions in accordance with EMT-P protocols
• Monitor donors throughout the plasma collection process to ensure safety and comfort
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain plasmapheresis and related clinical equipment
• Document donor information, assessments, and incidents in compliance with FDA and company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment, following all safety and infection control procedures
• Collaborate with center staff and management to support efficient donor flow and high-quality operations
• Participate in ongoing training, quality audits, and process improvements to support regulatory compliance
