Focus on the day to day operations, ensuring accuracy in inventories, following company’s quality standards, staff training, coding invoices, adhering to company budgets, scheduling, customer service, cash handling with receipts, food ordering and team collaboration. Will report to the General Manager.
Qualifications- Food Safe certified with ANSI/CFP accreditation.
- Allergen training.
- Alcohol license in good standing.
- College education or at least 5 years of management or supervisory experience in food & beverage or hospitality field.
Seasonal salaried, full‑time position with opportunity for growth, commensurate with experience and industry trends.
