We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple pipeline projects while building strong client and vendor relationships. This is a direct hire opportunity with a growing organization managing mid-sized infrastructure projects.
This role will manage approximately 4–5 projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $2M–$7M in value.
Essential Functions Procure New Work- Network and build relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and employees
- Perform estimating and budget pricing
- Conduct quantity surveys
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
- Budget development and subcontract administration
- Monitor actual costs and production
- Approve invoices and subcontractor billings
- Estimate costs at completion
- Secure permits
- Coordinate and schedule employees, equipment, subcontractors, vendors, and agencies
- Progress billing
- Price and negotiate change orders
- Collect receivables
- Manage correspondence and phone calls
- Respond to RFIs
- Submit change order requests and submittals
- Lead or attend progress meetings
- Maintain daily reports or diaries
- Manage project files and progress photos
- 3–5 years of experience in the Pipeline Industry preferred
- Experience managing multiple projects at once
- Strong budgeting and cost control background
- Earned Value Management knowledge preferred, though not required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
