Afternoon Assisted Living Home Manager
to join our leadership team.
Our ideal candidate values the wisdom of our senior residents and has a servant’s heart for supporting the staff who provide exceptional care each day. If you have previous healthcare experience and leadership or supervisory experience, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day afternoon operations of our assisted living community.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations through accurate documentation and recordkeeping.
- Assist with employee recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training.
- Create and manage employee schedules.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to caregiving staff.
- Assist with office and administrative responsibilities.
- Help provide direct resident care when needed to support the team.
- Participate in an on‑call rotation with other members of the leadership team.
- Previous experience in a healthcare, assisted living, or long-term care setting preferred.
- Previous supervisory or management experience required.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
