Registered Nurse – OB/GYN (Nights)

Mt. Pleasant, MI

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized patient care plans aimed at returning patients to optimal health.
• Provide direct bedside nursing care and carry out medical orders for OB/GYN patients.
• Delegate to and oversee support staff including Nurse Assistants, Patient Care Associates, OB Care Associates, Surgical Service Assistants, Nursing Clerks, and Psychiatric Techs.
• Evaluate the ongoing effectiveness of care plans and adjust as needed based on patient response.

• Minimum 2 years of OB nursing experience (required)
• AWHONN certification completed within the last two years (required – documentation must be provided)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association
• Active Michigan Registered Nurse license

• Experience working in an acute care hospital setting
• Familiarity with Cerner EMR

• Work within a well-established acute care facility recognized for quality medical care and strong community presence in central Michigan.
• Scrubs are provided by the facility, supporting a comfortable and professional work environment.
