• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Provide direct bedside nursing care and carry out physician orders.
• Delegate and supervise support staff, including Nurse Assistants, Patient Care Associates, OB Care Associates, and other ancillary personnel.
• Monitor patient progress and evaluate the effectiveness of the care plan.
• Deliver safe, patient-centered care while supporting optimal maternal and newborn outcomes.
