• Ensure high‑quality products are taken care of and available for our members
• Ensure shelves are clean, maintain temperature control, verify expiration dates, and dispose of lesser‑quality food products
• Pack ready‑to‑sell products in proper containers and stock displays
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member‑ready area
• Follow safety standards, conduct safety sweeps, use forklift spotting procedures, handle and dispose of hazardous materials, and report unsafe situations
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandise presentation, handle claims and returns, zone the area, receive and stock merchandise, set up, clean, and organize product displays, remove damaged goods, sign and price merchandise, complete audits, paperwork, logs, and other documentation, and secure fragile and high‑shrink merchandise
• Provide member service: acknowledge members, identify needs, locate merchandise, assist with purchasing decisions, provide deli products, resolve issues, and promote company products and services
• Follow food handling policies, operate, repair, and sanitize equipment, follow cold chain procedures, clean freezer/cooler/deli area, monitor freezer/cooler fans, drains, and doors, and report issues to management

• Minimum age 18 years
• Must successfully complete all required trainings and assessments within the prescribed time period

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. Additional premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
