As a Retail Store Manager (RSM), you’ll play a pivotal role in driving success, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a team to new heights.

• Inspire the team to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver top-notch customer service.
• Create an environment where every employee can thrive and grow.
• Launch new products and services with the District Manager and other partners.
• Train and develop the team to sell with confidence and knowledge.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and efficient store environment for every customer.
• Play an active role on the sales floor to coach and motivate.
• Handle administrative duties, including compliance and reporting.

• 1+ year of retail sales management experience (preferably in a commissioned sales environment).
• A passion for leading, recruiting, and developing teams.
• Exceptional sales skills and a drive to exceed performance standards.
• A knack for motivating others and creating a winning team atmosphere.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
