Ulta Beauty -  - Responsibilities:
Maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests and determining their needs, including makeup applications and skincare analysis;
Book appointments for services and in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting prestige and brand sales goals;
Maintain store appearance and replenishment, ensure testers are available and hygienic, and uphold all store standards;
Participate in ongoing brand/product training and provide knowledgeable service and product recommendations to guests;
Collaborate with store management and teammates to grow the business and support customer experience
