• Diagnose and perform plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Clear drain and sewer line blockages
• Repair and replace fixtures, faucets, toilets, disposals, and water lines
• Perform preventive maintenance inspections
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair options
• Complete service documentation and work orders accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area

• Previous plumbing, maintenance, or service technician experience
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and move equipment as required
