• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ETL solutions.
• Design and develop Data Stage jobs to extract, transform, and load data.
• Use various Data Stage stages (e.g., Transformer, Aggregator, Lookup, Filter) to manipulate data.
• Create job sequences using Autosys to orchestrate the execution of multiple jobs.
• Work with Git and follow Dev Ops practices and tools.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in Python and strong knowledge of SQL & PL/SQL.
• Manage and maintain Data Stage server environments, ensuring system stability and performance (on-premises and cloud).
• Analyze and optimize existing ETL jobs for performance improvements.
• Troubleshoot ETL job failures and identify root causes during migration efforts.
• Monitor job execution and proactively address potential issues.
• Implement and maintain best practices for ETL design and development.
• Hands-on experience with Data Stage migration or upgrade from on-premises to cloud.
• Document processes, procedures, and system configurations for knowledge sharing.
• Participate in team calls and meetings.

• Datastage experience (including Datastage Anywhere ETL).
• Strong ETL/Data Integration skills with Data Stage, Autosys, and related tools.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud Data Stage environments.
• Proven ability to analyze, design, implement, and optimize ETL processes.
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Dev Ops practices.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Bachelor of Computer Science or equivalent qualifications (as referenced).

• Base Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per annum.
