SUMMARY

The Customer Care Specialist will monitor the receivables to ensure that it is well within control. In addition, they will provide assistance with the making of contracts, billing, maintaining of financial reports and general ledgers; prepare and perform general bookkeeping.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain billing for all customers
  • Collect outstanding accounts receivable
  • Interact with store employees and managers over the phone to resolve billing issues
  • Perform accounting and clerical functions Record and track key daily worksheets in Excel
  • Track and identify accounting problems discovered on daily worksheets
  • Post invoices
  • Assist in supervisors Quarterly regulatory report preparations
  • Support accounting personnel
  • Maintain availability to work various shifts
  • Work with customers on Out of Box Failures and RMA to ensure they have working equipment
  • Work with team mates to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS

A Customer Care Specialist at TRUNO should have:

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting (preferred)
EXPERIENCE
  • Familiarity with Excel (required)
  • Familiarity with financial terms in business contracts (required)
  • Familiarity with analyzing sales and chargeback data (required)
LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS
  • N/A

  • Basic computer skills (required)
  • Dress professionally and appropriately (required)
