We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide vital administrative and clerical support to our regional leadership team on Daniel Island, SC.
ResponsibilitiesThis role is essential to ensuring smooth departmental operations and supporting our leaders in achieving our mission of patient-centered care and high reliability.
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for Regional Directors.
Serve as a professional liaison between executives, staff, physicians, and external stakeholders.
Assist in special projects, track deliverables, and ensure smooth office operations.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-through on key action items.
Utilize Novant Health’s First Do No Harm (NHFDNH) safety behaviors and high-reliability strategies to support a safe and remarkable experience.
High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Minimum two (2) years of executive administrative experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to establish priorities, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Exhibits a high degree of responsibility in handling sensitive matters.
Ability to work effectively with visitors, customers, physicians, community leaders, associates, and board members.
