We are seeking a highly organized, dependable Office Assistant / Personal Assistant to the COO to help keep our office running efficiently and support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things organized, and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed. You will work closely with the COO and team, handling office coordination, administrative support, errands, and logistical tasks that keep everything moving smoothly.
This is a hands‑on role — perfect for someone who enjoys being the backbone of an office.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
- Keep office supplies stocked (paper, toner, kitchen supplies, etc.)
- Handle high-volume printing, scanning, copying, and document preparation
- Organize files, storage areas, and shared spaces
- Provide direct administrative and personal support to the COO
- Coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Assist with scheduling and time management
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Run local errands as needed (post office, Fed Ex, supply runs, etc.)
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation)
- Assist with event preparation or internal meetings when needed
- Help with special projects and miscellaneous tasks as they arise
- Be a proactive problem-solver — see what needs to be done and do it
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks (printing, organizing, stocking)
- Strong time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Tech‑comfortable (email, calendars, printers, basic office software)
- Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
- Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
- Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
- Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front‑desk experience for customers
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
Compensation: $12 – $16 hourly
