About the RoleThis is not a traditional assistant job.
You will be the right-hand operator to a fast-moving entrepreneur, CEO, investor, speaker, and mother of three. Your job is to protect her time, run her life logistics, and execute at a high level while also capturing and delivering content that fuels a rapidly growing personal brand.
You’ll manage calendars, travel, family schedules, content creation, and systems.
You will move quickly.
You will solve problems before they become problems.
You will own outcomes.

What You’ll Own Executive & Calendar Control- Manage the CEO’s full calendar (business, family, and travel)
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule meetings
- Follow up on all outstanding requests (no dropped balls)
- Send daily status updates and open-item lists
- Ensure nothing is marked complete until it is verified done
- Manage kids’ schedules, sports, and school logistics
- Plan and coordinate all travel (flights, hotels, itineraries)
- Run weekly meal prep, grocery orders, and monthly planning
- Maintain household flow, deliveries, returns, and errands
- Keep everything organized, synced, and running
- Capture behind-the-scenes content during travel, events, and daily life
- Organize, upload, and send content to the marketing team
- Block time after events to upload and deliver content
This is an active content role, not passive support.
Systems, Finance & Follow-Through- Track tasks in a project management system
- Scan and submit receipts
- Monitor expenses and subscriptions
- Coordinate with vendors, accounting, and investment partners
- Ensure every task and dollar is accounted for.
- Have experience supporting a C-suite executive or busy founder
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments
- Are obsessive about follow-through and details
- Love structure, systems, and closing loops
- Are comfortable filming and being in public
- Travel easily and stay flexible
- Don’t wait to be told what to do
- See problems and fix them
- Avoid follow-ups
- Struggle with fast change
- Treat social media as “extra”
Compensation $40-65K Based on experience
