2nd Shift Operations Support Specialist
Pay: $22.25/hour

Schedule:

4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Rotating 4 days on / 2 days off)

About the Role:

We're hiring an Operations Support Specialist to support second shift operations through accurate data entry, reporting, and internal support. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys working with numbers and reports, and takes pride in accuracy and follow-through.

You'll be a key support partner for agents and leadership-maintaining clean data, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth handoffs between shifts. The work is fast-paced but process-driven, with a strong focus on documentation, Excel tracking, and operational consistency.

What You'll Do:

-Enter, review, and verify high-volume data with a high degree of accuracy
-Prepare, organize, and route daily operational reports and documentation
-Use Excel to track activity, validate information, and support reporting needs
-Serve as a support point for agents by answering questions and resolving documentation issues
-Monitor open items and follow up to ensure timely completion and handoff
-Coordinate with internal teams (including accounting and analysts) to resolve discrepancies
-Maintain clear, professional communication across shifts and departments

Requirements:

-2+ years of experience in data entry, operations support, or administrative reporting
-Strong Excel skills (comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking data, and verifying accuracy)
-Experience working in high-volume, metrics-driven environments
-Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, accuracy-focused work
-Clear, professional communication skills (phone and email)
-Reliable and punctual; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
-High school diploma or equivalent required
