Job Summary
A small local business in Mount Pleasant, SC is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a highly organized administrative professional who enjoys supporting a busy executive, managing multiple priorities, and helping keep sales and marketing operations moving smoothly. - Support the Regional Director of Sales and Marketing with administrative, sales support, and proposal‑related tasks.
- Create, edit, format, print, bind, email, and track sales proposals using Microsoft Word templates.
- Assist with pricing updates, sales data, proposal tracking, and follow‑up activities using Excel and Outlook.
- Manage information across multiple databases, systems, screens, and CRM tools throughout the day.
- Prioritize shifting tasks and deadlines while maintaining accuracy, organization, and professional communication.
- Follow up on sales proposals by email and help ensure timely, accurate communication with prospects and clients.
- 3 to 5 years of administrative assistant, sales support, executive assistant, or related office experience.
- CRM experience is required.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manipulate Word templates and produce polished proposal documents.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize quickly as needs change throughout the day.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large amounts of information accurately.
- Self‑starter with the motivation and judgment to work independently with limited repeated direction.
- Comfortable using multiple screens, databases, and systems at the same time.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work 100% on‑site in Mount Pleasant, SC.
- Professional references will be required.
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $45,000 to $47,000 per year.
