Job Summary
This position is based in a law firm environment where professionalism, confidentiality, accuracy, and strong communication skills are essential. The team is looking for a customer-focused individual who is eager to learn, dependable, and comfortable being cross-trained in multiple office support functions. This is a great opportunity to build administrative and office services experience in a stable, professional setting with hands-on training and supportive leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Perform high-volume document printing, copying, and scanning with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support hospitality needs by keeping kitchens, conference rooms, and shared office spaces clean, organized, and client-ready.
- Assist with mail sorting, distribution, shipping, receiving, and general mailroom operations.
- Support office equipment and printer fleet needs, including basic assistance and coordination.
- Handle sensitive and confidential legal documents while meeting deadlines.
- Provide professional customer service to attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, and visitors.
- Pay Range: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.

Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. - Location:
