Low Country Volkswagen is growing and hiring now for an Automotive Express Service Advisor to support our busy Quick Service Lane. This role helps customers with routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle care while delivering a smooth, efficient, and positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist with express service needs (oil changes, tire rotations, maintenance services)
• Write service tickets and explain recommended services and pricing
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient vehicle flow
• Provide accurate repair timelines and service updates
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
• Maintain organized records and follow dealership processes
• Help keep the express service drive running smoothly and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Customer service experience preferred

• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
