Albrecht, LLC is a design/build remodeling firm serving the greater Charleston area. We specialize in high-quality residential renovations and are committed to making the remodeling process simple and seamless for our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities Pre-Construction
  • Order long-lead materials (windows, doors, specialty items)
  • Confirm permits, licenses, and signed trade agreements
  • Host pre-construction meetings with clients and team
Job Site Management
  • Protect client property and maintain clean, safe job sites
  • Coordinate schedules and communicate weekly updates to clients
  • Notify trades in advance and supervise work quality
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and passed
  • Manage materials, deliveries, and on-site documentation
Project Administration
  • Prepare and manage change orders
  • Track budgets, invoices, allowances, and job costs
  • Upload photos and documents into Job Tread
  • Communicate consistently through Job Tread to keep team aligned
  • Host milestone and weekly client meetings
Project Closeout
  • Manage punch list process efficiently
  • Reconcile allowances and selections
  • Prepare final invoices
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years residential construction experience
  • At least 2 years in project management or supervision
  • Remodeling experience preferred
  • Ability to read construction drawings
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and project management software
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
