The Larson Group Peterbilt is seeking an experienced Service Writer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will greet and consult service customers about their problems and assist in coordinating the service and warranty departments.
Responsibilities include opening and closing work orders, recording and reporting technicians' time, scheduling appointments, and keeping the Service Manager informed of customer and technician concerns. Safety-conscious and detail-oriented required.
