Charlestowne Hotels - - Responsibilities:
Register and check-in/check-out guests in a confident, professional, and friendly manner;
Answer phone calls promptly and knowledgeably with complete and accurate information;
Assist with Concierge services and guest requests, including VIPs and repeat guests;
Open, secure, and balance the shift cash drawer including cash, checks, and credit card transactions;
Monitor room availability and assist with yield management and department communications
