Associate Project Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Architect or Associate Architect to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in all phases of architectural projects, from initial concepts through construction completion, while working in a collaborative and creative environment.

As a Project or Associate Architect, you will:

• Participate in all phases of the design process and contribute creative ideas throughout project development
• Guide projects from conceptual design through construction administration
• Conduct building code research and apply applicable local jurisdictional requirements
• Prepare for design review boards and assist with or lead client presentations and project meetings
• Develop detailed construction documents and coordinate effectively with consultants, engineers, and contractors
• Support project coordination, quality control, and successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
• 3-5 years of professional experience in an architectural firm
• Strong design sensibility with excellent technical and production skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Proficiency in architectural design and documentation software
• Licensed architects and non-licensed designers are encouraged to apply
