As an Aquatics Manager you will lead and train our swim teachers, utilizing our child centered procedures and methods. You will be an integral part of our team, having an impact on staff and class management, growth and development of the team, safety and community outreach. You should be someone who has a passion for the water and working with children while also being highly organized, dependable and open to feedback.

As an aquatics leader you will teach 2 shifts per week.

We have a fun and rewarding work environment with a great atmosphere for someone who loves families and being around people. We offer paid training. Starting wage is negotiable with prior experience. This is a part-time position 15-30 hours per week and includes morning, afternoon and a Saturday 9-2pm shift.

Compensation: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
