Full-Time | On‑Campus | Reports to the Board of Directors

The Head of School serves as the spiritual, academic, and operational leader of the school. This role requires a practicing Christian whose faith is central to their life, who upholds conservative, Biblically based values, and who supports medical freedom in alignment with the school’s philosophy. The Head of School is responsible for stewarding the mission, shaping school culture, overseeing staff and academics, and ensuring the long‑term health and growth of the school.

• Must be a practicing Christian with a mature, active walk with Christ.
• Must affirm and model conservative, Biblically grounded values in leadership and decision‑making.
• Must support medical freedom and respect parental authority in health‑related decisions in alignment with our school values.
• Must be committed to cultivating a Christ‑centered school culture rooted in Scripture.

• Provide clear, mission‑aligned leadership for all aspects of the school.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for growth, sustainability, and program development.
• Lead with integrity, humility, and Biblical conviction.
• Serve as the primary communicator of the school’s mission to families, staff, and the community.

• Ensure a strong, Biblically integrated academic program.
• Oversee curriculum decisions, instructional quality, and student achievement.
• Support teachers through coaching, evaluation, and professional development.
• Maintain a learning environment that is safe, orderly, and spiritually nurturing.
• Hire/fire, supervise, and evaluate faculty and staff.
• Build a healthy, collaborative team culture grounded in trust and shared mission.
• Provide leadership development opportunities and ongoing support for staff growth.

• Oversee daily operations, schedules, policies, and procedures.
• Manage the school budget, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Oversee admissions, enrollment, and retention efforts.

• Build strong relationships with parents through clear, consistent communication.
• Support families with grace, professionalism, and Biblical wisdom.
• Represent the school in the broader community and cultivate partnerships that strengthen the school.

• Serve as the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and the school.
• Provide regular updates, data, and recommendations to support informed governance.
• Implement board policies and collaborate on long‑term planning.

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree in education, leadership, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in education, with leadership or administrative experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated spiritual maturity and alignment with the school’s mission and values.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead with clarity, steadiness, and Biblical conviction.
