Job Title: Lead Behavioral Technologist
Location: Luce Elementary
Salary/Rate: $18.25/hour - 40 hours per week (per school year)
Requirements: High school diploma with extensive intensive behavioral training and experience. Good communication, organization, and documentation skills.

About the Role: Leading a personalized learning environment for intensive behavior students. Assisting the teacher of record, helping to guide assistants that
work with behavioral students. Developing student’s abilities in performing and developing social communication and behavioral skills.
Working to help shape student’s behavior through positive reinforcement,redirection, other strategies and interventions according to established
techniques and procedures by administration and behavioral team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead observe, assess and assist with student’s behavior.
  • Follow Behavioral Intervention Plans to address behavioral issues.
  • Follow Safety and Crisis Plans to ensure a safe learning environment for students and staff.
  • Support staff and students through behavior intervention processes.
  • Communicate and work in conjunction with the South Spencer/Co-op Behavior Team.
  • Communicate with South Spencer Administration and student’sTeacher of Record.
  • Detailed, daily data collection/documentation.
