About the Role

We are looking for a Children’s Fitness Instructor to teach classes and lead birthday parties for children ages 4 months to 12 years. The role combines energetic teaching with community service and offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

• Teach engaging classes and lead birthday parties based on the proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Work with a team of instructors to deliver classes and birthday parties on weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families to ensure a magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Lead positively to impact the growth and development of children and families.

• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education.
• Experience or training in child development, physical education, and/or gymnastics.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to connect with children and parents.
• Energetic, playful yet professional, with the ability to balance fun with responsibility.
• Dedication to serve and support community growth.
