• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how to do it).
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family.
• Be ready to lead and make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community. Many leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed opportunities for upward mobility.

• You're open to being a goofball and love giving high‑five‑s (a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics helps).
• You have background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids really like you and their parents do too.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• You love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work.

• Kids and parents walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day.
• You'll get your steps in and close your activity rings while you work because you'll be moving all day.

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a springboard for life’s adventures by using movement‑based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.
