This role is based at the Mt. Pleasant, PA facility and requires on-site presence.
How you’ll make an impact
Coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery of high voltage service orders.
Collaborate with commercial operations and field teams to align project details and schedules.
Maintain accurate project documentation and update key milestones in enterprise systems.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
Oversee backlog management, ensuring accurate planning and reporting of delivery and revenue.
Support administrative tasks for project orders and turnkey projects.
Share lessons learned to drive continuous improvement in project execution.
Analyze project data and report on progress using Excel and Power BI.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background
High school diploma with 5+ years of experience in project order management, customer support, or project management; OR Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience.
Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organization, time management, and communication abilities.
Proficiency in SAP for order management and Excel for data analysis.
Willingness to travel occasionally as required by project needs.
Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.
