Planning Support Conveyor Assembly

Role Overview

This role focuses on the "Hardware" side of the installation. You will oversee the physical setup of assembly equipment and conveyor systems (Paint-Assembly interfaces), ensuring that general contractors adhere to engineering drawings and plant standards during the construction phase.

• Technical Oversight:
  Verify that equipment installation matches layout drawings, engineering specs, and plant standards.
• Conveyor Coordination:
  Act as the subject matter expert for conveyor assembly and site preparation, ensuring smooth transitions between paint and assembly shops.
• Installation Verification:
  Conduct inspections for mechanical alignment, anchoring, and component torquing.
• Utilities Coordination:
  Ensure the facility is "plug-in ready" (power, air, data) before equipment arrival.
• Field Engineering:
  Provide real‑time solutions for field modifications when site conditions differ from original designs.
