Carolina One Mortgage, part of the Newrez LLC family, is seeking a Loan Officer to sell mortgage products and develop a referral network. You will meet clients at their homes or other locations, and actively pursue real estate agents or financial advisors to generate borrower leads.
You will manage loan applications, coordinate with processing, and use AUS (DU/LP) for underwriting decisions, while ensuring compliance across the loan pipeline.
