Commercial Relationship Manager Senior

This position involves developing and managing a portfolio of high-value commercial clients by offering tailored banking solutions such as loans, deposits, and other products to foster long-term, profitable relationships. The role requires serving as a trusted financial advisor, understanding client needs, and structuring complex credit and banking solutions in collaboration with internal teams.

• Manage and grow client portfolios through proactive engagement and relationship deepening.
• Provide expert financial advice, recommending personalized credit, deposit, and banking solutions.
• Lead client conversations with advanced credit knowledge and structure complex transactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Credit, Treasury Management, and specialty banking to deliver seamless service.
• Work with relationship teams on loan structuring, pricing, underwriting, and portfolio management.
• Drive growth in deposits, loans, and fee income while meeting sales and retention goals.
• Build community presence to generate referrals and expand the client base.
• Stay informed on market trends affecting clients and monitor portfolio risks and changes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, completing required training.
• Act as a peer mentor and promote a collaborative team culture aligned with organizational values.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with 3-10 years of relevant experience.
