• Work closely with warehouse operations to identify and take ownership of opportunities for process improvement and transfer ideas into tangible system changes and implementation.
• Analyze, propose, implement and test warehouse management system (WMS) configuration and/or change requests in cooperation/coordination with the Bosch central CI department.
• Coordinate and configure custom development and/or master data.
• Perform operational reporting activities (WMS, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Create test solutions, structure test plan scenarios, simulate multiple real-world situations and document results.
• Create end-to-end warehouse process documentation and provide training to the operational team to ensure the desired benefits are achieved.
• Lead business process design activities, gap analysis, requirements gathering and documentation.
• Act as end-to-end warehouse process owner, delivering process mappings with requirements documentation and scenario analysis to include risk analysis and ROI.
• Troubleshoot and problem solve the end-to-end WMS operations process and coordinate a resolution with IT support team.
• Analyze process issues and address root cause (e.g. process, data and system) for resolution.

• Ability to work onsite in Greer, SC
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management or related field. M.A. or M.S. preferred.
• 3-5 or more years experience in operational logistics with a focus on external suppliers.
• Deep understanding of warehouse management systems (preferably SAP WMS).
• Hands‑on experience in implementing technological solutions for automated warehousing.
• Experience with DALI, SQL, Altryx, Automation Anywhere, Catalytic, Power BI, &/or Tableau is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge in SAP Business Warehouse.
• Travel up to 20% (Domestic and International).
