Required Skills- 3+ Years of Experience with MS T-SQL (Stored Procedures, Advanced Queries, Optimization)
- 3+ Years of Experience with ETL Process Development
- 1+ Year of Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
- 3+ Years of Experience with Report Development
- 3+ Years of Experience with Data Warehousing & Relational Databases
- 1+ Year of Experience with HL7 v 2.3.1 - 2.5.1 and ORU Messages
- 3+ Years of Experience with XML
- 3+ Years of Experience with MS SQL Server 2016+
- 1+ Year of Experience with security and data classification related to CDC, HIPAA, CJIS, PHI, PII
- Ability to manage large data sets (1 TB+)
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Public Health / Disease Surveillance Systems Experience
- Statistical Analysis System (SAS)
- LOINC / SNOMED
- FASTQ Files and Demultiplexing
- R&R Studio
