Must-Have Skills- 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting enterprise network infrastructure, LAN environments, and network connectivity for Windows and mobile devices.
- Strong experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting network switches, wireless access points, SD‑WAN solutions, PKI, and secure authentication services.
- Proven ability to create, maintain, and interpret network documentation, diagrams, and technical procedures.
- Industry‑recognized networking certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft (active certifications preferred).
- Completion of Cisco Networking Academy or similar networking training/bootcamp programs.
