Location:
28 Bridge side Blvd, Mount Pleasant, SC 29464
Pay Rate: $21.56/hr
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Shift: First Shift – 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (Mon to Fri)
Requirements:
- IT Help Desk Support experience (application & hardware support).
- Technical Training &
Certifications:
HP Certifications (other site specific certifications may be required as necessary). - Experience with mail sorting and delivery, and printing will be helpful.
- The manager is looking for customer service first and foremost.
- The tasks can be trained, but they need someone with good communication skills and professionalism.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities:
- This person will be in a law-firm environment.
- This role's focus will be on the printer fleet.
- Basic troubleshooting and technical capabilities with printers are important skills for this position.
- The secondary focus will be mail training, then cross training for print and hospitality.
